The Big Bang Theory is an American sitcom created by Chuck Lorre and Bill Prady, both of whom serve as executive producers on the show, along with Steve Molaro, who is also one of the head writers. It premiered on CBS on September 24, 2007.

The big bang theory season 4 dvd concerns two male Caltech prodigies in their twenties, one an experimental physicist (Leonard) and the other a theoretical physicist (Sheldon), who live across the hall from an attractive blond waitress with show-biz aspirations (Penny).

Leonard Hofstadter and Sheldon Cooper are both brilliant physicists working at Cal Tech in Pasadena, California. They are colleagues, best friends and roommates, although in all capacities their relationship is always tested primarily by Sheldon's regimented and non-conventional ways. They are also friends with their Cal Tech colleagues, mechanical engineer Howard Wolowitz and astrophysicist Rajesh Koothrappali. The foursome spend their time working on their individual work projects, playing video games, watching science fiction movies or reading comic books. As they are self-professed nerds, all have little or no luck with "popular" women. When Penny, a pretty woman and an aspiring actress originally from Omaha, moves into the apartment next to Leonard and Sheldon's, Leonard has another aspiration in life, namely to get Penny to be his girlfriend.

The big bang theory is very funny and it has become the hottest tv shows all over the world. Compared with normal comedies talking about girls, such as gossip girls season 3 dvd and pretty little liars, the big bang theory focus on the life of four brilliant boys who seems never growing up. Games, cartoons, sex, geography, science, physics, chemistry…all these elements make this show very funny and attractive.

I prefer this kind of show which makes me feel happy and relax. This show has brought nerds and science geeks, to the forefront of cool. Suddenly experiments have become almost as interesting and captivating as magic. Lasers are much more than for making you dizzy at nightclubs and being tech-savvy these days allows you to multi-task at an incredible rate.
This brings me to my point on why nerds make the best lovers. For one thing, in order to do what we love, we have to be detailed and precise in every way. A kiss could be just a kiss, but if one had put some thought and effort and detail into the meaning behind the kiss, an ordinary kiss can turn into a literally exothermic moment, where heat is just released and sparks begin to fly.
Anyone can buy a girl flowers, but it takes someone special to perhaps maybe find 2 flowers she would like and then find some way to create a hybrid of the 2, thereby creating a flower that is totally unique. Leonard's preservation of a snowflake is an excellent example of this. Not many people would have the romantic creativity and thought process to come up with such an idea, and as a guy I've seen women get blown away with such small details like these that set us nerds apart from everyone else.

It seems I like different kinds of tv shows. I’ve bought dvds of by favourate tv shows such as prison break and Law and Order on dvd  . I never bought dvds of big bang theory for I enjoy the time I wait for it. I like the feeling of waiting happiness.
